*a rather small merchant ship docks in Ranzington's busy port. Not soon after a Raven is sent off to Axfell. The sealed letter is immediately run to the Magistrate*
Greetings Magistrate and Axfell,
This old sea dog assures me that we are to arrive back on Anphillia by 21:00 Gnomish Mean Time on Saturday so that I may join your excursion. Should the seas be churned by the gods hand preventing my return know that I will use every sailor aboard in ritualistic sacrifices to calm the waters save one as I can not navigate the open sea. Let us pray it is enough.
