Where did all Axfell's lvl 40's go :(

I think the title pretty much says it really... Where the heck did you all go! did you all roll alts or something? you all have seemingly disapeared, i know the server isnt just about PvP and i respect it isnt everyones cup of tea, but hopefuly you all havn't quit, i'd love to have an equal defense force to an attacking force, a 5v5 would be amazing fun.

I hope whatever reason it is you guys arnt around that much isnt a permenant one

Yes and while this is being mentioned, it should be brought to notice that this really isn't a 'war' per se. It's Cleaven attacking while no one is on, knowing full well that Axfell doesn't have a hope in hells chance of defending successfull. Smacks of Metagaming if you ask me. Player lists should be disabled.

Huh? We attack in small groups, and we never go unless we see at least 2-3 high level Axfells (or their alts) on. We have no way of telling who's AFK. We don't need the +50 relic XP so badly that we'd wait until no one was on; heck, we're all level 40 anyway. Why bother?

To take today for example, we moved in with three high level characters (and then another one decided to tag along once we'd downed the outer gate). Axfell had two active players with level 40 characters that stuck around, and another one that logged as we were moving out. Yeah, one of those players then opted not to defend, and that's a bummer. But it hardly strikes me as unfair on our part.

Hiding the player list would only make it more likely that we'd attack when no one was around.

gosh, where were you back when there were 2 cleavens online and 5 axfell assaulted without batting an eyelash... I would have loved to have you explain to those axfell the unfairness behind it all <3.

I had fun playing Alessio outnumbered while defending. There is no rule on who has to be on or what not. There really isnt much to be gained by getting the relic but it seems like some especially newer players feel like their home is being attacked. Like something horrible is happening. Its completely ok to not defend the relic if you feel like you don't want to, are out numbered, or are a low level.

Well, i aint around mostly because i hate grinding, i hate it with a passion. (hence why my chars never reach 34 and above >.<) Anyway, i think the server is starting to look more like a arena server then anything else. I am a Rp player who loves to PvP. Hence why i play on anph.

Now with people running around shouting in party talk, metagamming massivly i rather just stop before i ruin my experience.
I mean, a little meta everyone does it. but somethings just go overboard.

I haven't been around much in the past couple weeks and before that time hadn't really noticed it was the norm. When I'm in a party and this is going on lots of time's I turn off my party chat, leave the party, or just head elsewhere. I can understand being frustrated with it, though I also like this to be a place that allows people to play that way too.

Anyhow, breaks are good if it stops being fun. The game and the server are supposed to be fun so if it starts being less fun than more fun definitely take a step back. Would hate to lose you entirely due to other peoples play getting under your skin, but you definitely need to do what is right for you.
