Random XP loss?

Im not sure what happened. Was in a group with Snarley and the gang at the cliffs. In the middle of battle rug heals me but after I lose 4.5 K xp and 78k gold. Was this lag or???

The answer as to why is probably further up in the combat log.

Looks like you came right back from the brink of death! But alas, not soon enough to avoid that death penalty. A rarity for sure.

Yes, when you hit 0 HP you have about .5 seconds to get a heal.

Soooo not true. You drop the gold at 0 HPs and until you hit -10, you can be healed without xp loss.
Brimson lost the bag, I healed, he stood up, ran away, but he lost the xp too.

Oh. Well, when I die it happens so fast. I was able to drink a potion one time to keep myself from dying, but I lost twice as much exp, because I just died in the end anyway. XD

So do I take the loss with a grain of salt or get it back. Im not saying either way. Is it considered a glitch or lag or what. Im leaving it up to staff to decide. Wont complain either way. But obviously would want the first one

There are a few possibilities here.
First you died then got healed back to life.
Second wich happend everynow and then back at moths aswell was that you got killed, but if you where trying to run away and got the final hit you kept on running with 1 hp but actually did die.
And last, was a real bug/Lag perhaps.

Allow me to take a wild stab in the dark: did you have your Axfell militia ring equipped while you were fighting?
