Dates and times Empty Dates and times

I have been wondering how to address dates, days, and times in rp. With some in the US and others in Australia, etc. the time zones are different. So for some it is morning, others it is evening. How do we coordinate within rp?

I try to announce stuff in Dublin (Greenwich) time since it is 0 time adjustment. We all know our own, I am CST -6 for example. So if something is happening at Midnight WET (Western European Time) It is happening at 6 in the evening in Kansas City. But just a quick /ooc can clear it up
