Buggy: "known spells" are bugged

my sorc's known spells are fewer than they should be at current lvl, and have been for almost every level. Even though it lets me select more spells to know when i lvl, somehow the last spell on the list for given levels doesn't seem to stick. Currently lvl 14 should have

spell level 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
known spells 7 5 5 4 4 3 2 1

instead have 6 5 5 3 3 3 2 1

note: #spell slots is perfectly ok, just a problem w/ known spells

i realized what the problem was. it doesn't let me use the new spells thats what it was..
