Spells - logout Empty Spells - logout

Must have a server .ini or start command missing, what ever you use to set various settings, when you logout and back in you get spells back.. heads up..!!

Also, feel free to do the change anytime, think server needs a refresh anyway..

Rebooting in 5 minutes, should fix this. There's been a lot of things like this that I haven't known about since I haven't hosted in forever... so please let me know if you notice anything else weird.
