Ranzington - Sanctuary?

I had a discussion with somebody after a pvp, whether it's okay to run to Ranzington for sanctuary or not...
I'd actually be glad for knowing for fact it's illegal instead of following the guy to the Church of Tri and asking oocly whether the guy knew it was illegal....

My understanding is, once you get mixed into pvp, you are supposed to run all the way to your fort, right?

I was under the impression that the changes were to prevent people from popping into Ranzington Road to buff and then return to Ranzington Farmlands.

I was the one that fled to Ranzington (anonymity is appreciated Skaldic) and did so under the pretext that I had fled battle permanently and would not return. If I was wrong about my interpretation I would like some clarity, thanks!

Running to Ranz is fine, so long as you're not using it for any sort of advantage. Same idea with transitions.

That is to say, if you have no intention of being (further) involved in PvP - it's fine.
