Ctrl Esc issues

So I hit Ctrl Esc to min the game and get to other tabs or come check the forums- what have you
well I did it earlier today and now everything on my desktop is HUGE
Icons are blown up, the internet explorer is blown up- everything is amplified?
Running Vista.
Can anyone tell me how to get my computer looking normal again?

nevermind figured it out... for some reason it was effecting the resolution settings on my computer ??? weird

NWN's prolly set to a different res than your desktop!

Use WindowsKey + D
That will display the desktop at normal resolution.

yes that all because of resolution changes, if it doesn't return to normal on it's own, just change it back yourself, through customize or change background appearance depending on your OS.
