But it seems currently the server's clock has been permanently stuck on Hour 11. Not sure if this is something that's happened before or not, but it's definitely been Hour 11 for at least 15 minutes.

Was stuck at hour 23 eariler.

The whole reason I was looking at it was so the auto xp would go to my main and I could do some brief testing with a very old alternate lol. Weird thing is, auto xp still paid out eventually after I switched.

This has happened before and I'm not entirely sure what caused it.

AFAIK time is Biowares default system.

The only related thing I can think of is we had an issue with a database being corrupted a while back. Our solution was to toss it as it seemed to do nothing but keep time. I'm not sure if this is related though.
